Figures were checked against the sources below in August 2026. Auction prices, export values and retail prices move. Verify anything time sensitive before quoting it on stage.

A note on this list

The three ingredient groups reproduce the reference page printed in the Asia Pours booklet, which is the authority for every figure, date and quote on this site. The booklet itself can be downloaded from the home page, so each claim here can be checked against the page it came from. Where a figure is time sensitive, the year it was checked is given with it. The General group also carries the two sources the site uses but the booklet does not: the bar ranking and the geocoder behind the map.

Two classes of source are marked. A commercial estimate is a market sizing sold as a research product, and the figures in one rarely match the figures in another. An observed retail listing is a price read off a shop page on a given date, not a market average. Both are used here because nothing more authoritative exists for those particular figures, and both are worth naming as what they are before quoting them.
